Doors, bifolds and glazing for Solihull homes
CGW Installations is a door and glazing installer based in Coventry, working across Solihull. We supply and fit Rockdoor and other composite doors, bifold doors and individual windows, replace failed glass and renew silicone sealant.
If you're looking for composite doors in Solihull, we're a Rockdoor Trusted Installer, and every job is owner-led and fitted by an NVQ-qualified carpenter with more than 25 years in the building industry.
Why This Area
From the front door to the back of the house
A job can start at the front door and carry on through the house: a new entrance, then a set of bifolds or French doors onto the garden, then a window that has misted.
Because we survey and fit every part ourselves, the doors and windows are measured, set square and sealed to the same standard. We look at the whole opening, including the frame and the surfaces around it, before recommending a repair or a replacement.
What We Do
What we fit in Solihull
Our Rockdoor installation service includes Rockdoor's 10-year manufacturer warranty where it applies, and our composite door installation service covers other brands. For opening up a kitchen or extension to the garden, we offer bifold door installation.
We also provide individual window installation, glass replacement for misted or cracked sealed units, silicone sealant application and Rockdoor repairs and maintenance for doors that are sticking or hard to lock.
Good To Know
Rules to check first
If your home is listed or in a conservation area, check with Solihull Council before changing the look of your front door or windows.
Every replacement external door and window also has to meet Building Regulations. We're Certass accredited, so we certify the work ourselves and you get a certificate once it's fitted. Our post on whether you need building control approval to replace a front door explains more.
