Why This Area
Why We Work in Birmingham
Birmingham is further from our base than most of the places we cover, so we plan visits carefully. We book your survey for a set time, measure up, and agree the fitting date once your door or glass is ready.
That way you're not left waiting in for someone travelling across the region, and the fitting day is spent on your home. We bring the same care to a single replacement pane as to a full new entrance.
What We Do
Doors, windows, glass and sealant
For a new front or back door, our Rockdoor installation service includes Rockdoor's 10-year manufacturer warranty where it applies, and our composite door installation service covers other brands.
We also offer individual window installation, glass replacement for misted, cracked or broken sealed units, bifold door installation and silicone sealant application where old sealant has split or gone mouldy. If you're wondering what a new door might cost, our post on what affects the cost of Rockdoor installation explains the main factors.
Good To Know
Rules to check before you start
A replacement external door or window has to meet Building Regulations. We're Certass accredited, so we certify the work ourselves and give you a certificate when it's done.
If your home is listed or in a conservation area, Birmingham City Council may need to approve changes to how the front of your house looks, so check with them first. Our post on whether you need building control approval to replace a front door covers the details.
