Help choosing the right door for your Knowle home
CGW Installations is a door and glazing installer based in Coventry, working across Knowle. We supply and fit Rockdoor and other composite doors, windows and bifold doors, replace failed glass and renew silicone sealant.
When it comes to composite doors in Knowle, choosing the design is often the hardest part. We're a Rockdoor Trusted Installer, and we'll talk you through styles, colours, glass and hardware before anything is ordered.
Why This Area
Choosing a design that suits your home
Knowle has older cottages in the village centre as well as larger family homes and newer houses around it, so there's no single style that suits every street.
You can start at home with our 3D door designer, which lets you try Rockdoor styles, colours and glass on screen. When we come out to measure up, we'll look at your frontage and help you narrow it down. Our guide to choosing a composite door design covers the main decisions, and Rockdoor's Byron design is one of its newer options.
What We Do
Doors, windows, glass and sealant
Our Rockdoor installation service includes Rockdoor's 10-year manufacturer warranty where it applies, and our composite door installation service covers other brands. If you already have a Rockdoor that needs attention, see Rockdoor repairs and maintenance.
We also offer individual window installation, glass replacement for misted or broken units, bifold door installation and silicone sealant application.
Good To Know
Consent and certificates
Knowle is in the borough of Solihull. If your home is listed or in a conservation area, check with Solihull Council before you change the look of your front door or windows.
Building Regulations apply to replacement doors and windows too. We're Certass accredited, so we certify our own work and you get a certificate when the job is finished. Our post on whether you need building control approval to replace a front door has more.
